Trying to the the unknown account my credit card is linked to. the automated call is not helpful what so ever. I logged into every paypal account i have and neither of them have my credit card in it. I NEED TO FIND THE UNKNOWN ACCOUNT WITH MY CARD INFO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful customer service. My payment is being held by them for a month from the purchase date despite having tracking show the item arrived. Tried contacting but I just get their bot who says the same 2 things, that the payment is being held and to check the order to fix it which doesnt work. When I ask to speak to a human it says they're closed and to contact during business hours, but the bot doesn't know when they're open and I've tried every hour yesterday. Sick of this bs and not going to accept PayPal payments going forward.
This company has terrible customer service. Back in July my account was closed why I have no idea. I never received anything on why it was closed. I stared calling every day and sent emails so I could take my money out. Nothing back except automatic messages. Finally spoke to someone 220 days later they tell me ok let me fix this for you. Iβm like great you have made my day. He tell me wait for an email today and it will tell you how to get my money. I wait all day nothing so I call them again and spoke to someone, I told them everything and he was ok let my look at the notes. Comes back on and say ok you can transfer your money to your account you have on file. Again Iβm like great. Then he tells me oh it looks like you have a PayPal debit card let me see if you can use that and just take your money out. So he comes back on the phone and say ok you can use your card now. Prefect. So I go ATM and card doesnβt work then I try to transfer money and nope doesnβt work. I call PayPal and they are closed. Call the next day and never speak to anyone recording says they canβt take my call at this time. Ugh Iβm so frustrated with this company.

No answer when ever I call , on the website itβs states open in the weekends from 8am to 7pm but recorded messages say closed weekends

I did what they asked me to do to remove the hold on my account. You just go in circles and nothing is resolved. Know wonder average review is only two stars. Major problem with issues.
