The Iinet homepage says business hours are 8:30 to 5pm Monday to Friday. However, I have rung three times during that period only to receive a message that I need to call back during normal business hours. What's going on Iinet?

Say they can provide Adsl, ask for direct debit details, then say they can't provide service because I have a order with another provider. Tell them I don't, they contact me on three separate occasions tell me same thing. Get fed up with
