I have had nothing but trouble with people hacking at my account. Have had to change my credit cards at least 10 times in six months
Totally useless relying on Bendigo Banks website information.
I needed to attend to many critical tasks on the same day, and checked Bendigo Banks website for opening hours.
Bendigo Banks Website said the banks opening hours Mon-Fri 9:30am to 5:00 pm.
So I scheduled my tasks accordingly, and timed my other tasks so as I could arrive at the Charmers rd Celtenham Branch at 4:30pm.
I arrived at the branch just before 4:30pm, staff were behind counter, but door was locked.
Pointed to my phone displaying the banks website showing the banks hours, and all I got from the staff member was a shrug of her shoulders.
I guess all banks, including the ones who advertise as “people friendly” are ultimately all the same, with a general superiority over the likes of us mere mortal who fund their wealth transfer schemes.
Had the banks website had the correct hour, I would have arranged my day differently.
I’m really peeved, as getting to and from the closed bank stole an hour of my time.

Please go back to the basics. Like opening at 9 am and open on Saturdays. I have been with you since the Capital building society days. So almost 40 years.
This are absolutely useless. Contacted before my wife went overseas so she wouldn't have trouble with her credit card. Woudn't work would it. Tried to contact the bank on the weekend. Needed an access number to proceed. Rang the bank. Closed. Will be changing our mortgage when the fixed term expires.
